Long Harbour has a strong focus on monthly and quarterly investor reporting by providing up to date management information, fund valuation and adhering to statutory filing requirements. We continually evaluate economic and risk performance of investments to report at the asset level, and use key performance indicators to provide a benchmark on what was originally forecast from the outset at the fund level.
Long Harbour is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is approved as a full scope AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager) to perform the regulated activity of “managing assets” on behalf of its investors. In line with the current UK and EEA regulatory requirements, domestic and overseas investors can pass day-to-day portfolio and risk management of their investment to us and seek comfort that funds are held in a compliant general / limited partnership structure. All AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds) managed by Long Harbour have an independent depository appointed to administer, monitor cash flow and ensure the safe-keeping of the underlying assets.
