Long Harbour Offsite

On Friday 16th of June, Long Harbour hosted its annual offsite for staff. The day was broken down into several sessions, with the first half of the day focusing on Long Harbour strategy and the second centred around Long Harbour’s culture and values.

It provided an opportunity for different teams to work collaboratively and offered an open space for all staff to share their views.

The sessions were interactive and varied, involving presentations, panels with guest speakers, breakout sessions and interactive quizzes using Kahoot.

We had positive feedback and it was a really successful event.
