Long Harbour's John Coling cycles London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation

John Coling, Construction Director at Long Harbour, took part in the London to Brighton off road bike ride to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation. 

The route between London and Brighton starts from Apps Court Farm in Walton-on-Thames and finishes at Hove Lawns, Hove. The route is varied meaning that there are enough technical sections for off-road enthusiast, but the event also presents an achievable challenge to newer cyclists. This is Europe’s biggest charity event involving mountain biking!
