"Aberdeen purchase heralds start of GBP500m private rental plan"

Aberdeen Asset Management has bought 180 Stratford High Street from institutional asset manager Long Harbour. This was one of the largest ever single purchases of existing stock in the UK private rental sector with the acquisition costing around GBP60 million.
180 Stratford High Street is a 166 unit, 26 storey private residential tower overlooking the Olympic Park in Stratford, London.
