Fawley Waterside passes planning committee
We are delighted to announce that both the New Forest District Council and New Forest National Park Authority planning committees voted in favour and the project passed planning committee in July 2020.
Fawley Waterside is one of the largest brownfield sites in Southern England, located on the west bank of Southampton water. Once planning is granted the site will undergo a major transformation to become a thriving residential and commercial waterside community that becomes a destination for employment and leisure activity.
