Leaside Lock, of which one of Long Harbour's flagship assets Riverstone Heights is part of, has won the Development of the Year 2025 at the British Homes Awards.

Leaside Lock marks the first phase of the ambitious Bromley-by-Bow masterplan, one of London’s most significant regeneration projects. As part of this transformative scheme, 500 new homes have been delivered, including one of Long Harbour’s flagship asset, Riverstone Heights, comprising 204 high-quality Build-to-Rent (BtR) units, split between 1 beds and 2 beds.
Riverstone Heights is consistently recognised as the top-rated BtR development in Bow on HomeViews, a reflection of its outstanding design, generous amenity provision, and resident experience. The development offers an exceptional array of communal spaces, including a resident lounge, fully equipped gym, children’s play area, and a beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace on Level 27.
We extend our thanks to Assael Architecture and The Guinness Partnership for their valued collaboration, as well as our dedicated design and delivery partners, ADC Atelier and Tekne Shopfitting Ltd, for their commitment to excellence for the final phase of Riverstone Heights delivery.
