As Long Harbour's single family rental housing strategy continues to grow, Long Harbour has appointed Ethan Richards as an asset manage to support the expanding portfolio.

Long Harbour, the real estate investment manager and leader in operational real estate, has appointed Ethan Richards as Asset Manager, strengthening its asset management team as it continues to grow its single family rental housing (SFH) strategy.
Ethan is a Chartered Surveyor with experience managing office and residential projects across the full asset lifecycle. He joins Long Harbour from his role as Real Estate Asset Manager at MOMENI Group, where he managed leasing and project management for high-end residential and office assets in Central London. He previously spent over two years at Helix, a Hines company, where he gained experience in landlord and tenant matters, ESG and client management.
In his new role, Ethan will support Long Harbour’s senior asset management team, overseeing operations in its growing single family housing portfolio and supporting income and value creation as the platform scales. The appointment follows ongoing expansion in Long Harbour’s UK residential business, with its second single family housing fund having recently raised £100m from the National Housing Bank.
