St George hands over 154 homes at The Draper, the final phase of Beaufort Park, to Long Harbour

St George, a proud member of the Berkeley Group, has handed over the second collection of build-to-rent homes within the final phase at it is Beaufort Park development to Long Harbour, a real estate investment management firm and leader in operational real estate.

Located in Colindale, North West London, the second phase of the build-to-rent scheme comprises 154 homes across two blocks, as well as a roof top terrace on the ninth floor, all of which will be managed by award-winning residential management platform, Way of Life.

The third and final phase of 142 homes is due to be delivered in Autumn 2026, alongside additional amenity areas including a coffee shop, co-working spaces, a residents’ gym, lounges and private dining room.

This development will form an important part of the wider Beaufort Park masterplan, delivered by St George, which comprises over 3,000 homes set alongside c.90,000 sq ft of commercial space including a nursery, pub, restaurants, cafes, shops, landscaped green spaces and walking/cycling routes.

In September 2023, Long Harbour agreed to forward purchase370 new build-to-rent homes with accompanying commercial and amenity space within Beaufort Park. This acquisition formed part of the £1.5 billion Long Harbour Multifamily Joint Venture 2 (“LHMF 2”) with PSP Investments and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, targeting high quality BTR schemes of over 150 units in London, the South East and selected regional cities.
