Marketing & Communications Executive – immediate start

A new opportunity has arisen within our thriving London-based Investor Relations team for a Marketing & Communications Executive.

This exciting and unique new role will support our growing Company with all marketing activities, building our relationships with our investors and developing our Company brand.  In a small team, the right candidate has the opportunity to really make an impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • This role will entail the full range of marketing and communications activities including:
  • Preparing marketing materials for our senior leaders
  • Executing marketing strategies and planning events
  • Preparing communications including press releases and award entry drafts
  • Gathering information for business development activities including DDQs and questionnaires
  • Maintaining our Company website and LinkedIn profile
  • Helping with day to day enquiries and keeping accurate records
  • Supporting the Company's ESG initiatives and efforts

About you:

This role will be ideal for an existing Marketing/Communications/Business Development Assistant working in the finance or real estate sector looking for more varied experience and greater responsibility; we may also consider an ambitious and hard working graduate.

The right candidate will be quick to learn, they will have excellent organisation, time management and communication skills (written and oral); the right candidate will possess a strong eye for detail with the ability to meet multiple deadlines; and will have a positive and proactive attitude.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills along with experience preparing presentations and other corporate documents is essential.  Experience working with social media would be beneficial.
