Skyline II
In August 2013, Long Harbour acquired The Skyline II in central Manchester from receivers at a risk adjusted discount to cost. Comprising 129 residential units in a nineteen storey tower and ancillary commercial space, value was created at the point of acquisition by our quick but comprehensive market assessment and diligence process. In 2020, Long Harbour completed on the sale of Skyline II.

Asset Management
Long Harbour has created additional value through active asset enhancement of the marketing and lettings strategy and re-positioning of the building management team. With a commitment to continual investment in its buildings to ensure brand quality and promise as well as asset preservation, Long Harbour has continued to make capital investment and re-set operating processes to significantly improve voids, increase rents (6.3% p.a. annualised since acquisition) and drive operating efficiencies and cost savings.
